Job title: Travel and Hospitality - Korea

Work Setup: Onsite in Silver City

Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary:non native - ₱85,000.00

Native - ₱110,000.00

Qualifications:

•At least 1 year of experience using GDS tools such as Sabre or Amadeus (in a BPO or non-BPO setting)

• Minimum 6 months of Fraud investigation experience (payments, identity verification, booking validation, etc.)

• With TOPIK II certification (Test of Proficiency in Korean) – open to both native and non-native speakers(must)

•Korean language proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above

• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English

•Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a strong advantage

•Must be willing to work onsite in Silver City, Pasig on a shifting schedule

•Detail-oriented, analytical, and has good problem-solving skills

•Can handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
