Position Overview
Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We are looking for experienced and customer-oriented professionals to join our Travel Account Team. If you have a background in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and enjoy helping customers create seamless travel experiences, this opportunity is for you!
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: ₱20,000/month
Total Package: Up to ₱27,000/month (inclusive of allowances and incentives)

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months GDS (Global Distribution System) experience
At least a high school graduate or equivalent (college level is an advantage)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Computer proficient and able to navigate multiple systems
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight reservations, bookings, and travel inquiries.
Process ticket modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
Provide accurate information regarding travel products and services.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions and achieve performance targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experiences.
