Transformation Assistant Manager (Banking & Finance/ WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impacting transformation projects including levers like Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.
- Process discovery, shape, and orchestrate interventions that combine data, technology, people, and process transformation.
- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering successful business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Yellow Belt Trained/Certified
- Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have at least 2 years Six Sigma Experience/ Practitioner
- Must have at least 2 years of overall work experience related in Business Excellence **VERY URGENT HIRING**
