Job Title: Training Manager (Mortgage & Insurance)
Work Setup: Onsite – Alphaland, Makati
Shift: Graveyard
Salary: Up to ₱110,000
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree holder
-
2–3 years BPO experience as Assistant Training Manager or equivalent (Banking/Insurance/Mortgage domain)
-
Strong English communication (C1 and above)
-
Training certifications are a plus
-
Not a former Teleperformance employee
Key Skills:
-
Training delivery & needs analysis
-
Coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management
-
Knowledge of BFSI products & adult learning principles
-
QA alignment and performance improvement tracking
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organization, teamwork & emotional intelligence
