Job Description – Training Content Designer

Job Details

Job Title: Training Content Designer
Salary: Up to ₱55,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Work Setup: Work from Home / EDSA Greenfield
Shift Schedule: Graveyard (GY)

Job Summary

The Training Content Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training curricula and e-learning materials for the general workforce and specialized functional/technical teams.

The role involves identifying learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), creating instructional content, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting the development of computer-based learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop course content.
Design and develop instructional materials and training curricula.
Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training programs.
Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training for newly introduced courses when necessary.
Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
Design computer-based training programs.
Coordinate with or manage external vendors for content development or training delivery.
Ensure all instructional materials meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Apply instructional design best practices and professional standards throughout content development.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design.
Experience using Articulate 360.
Strong background in Instructional Design.
Knowledgeable in E-learning Development.
Experience creating e-learning modules.
