Job Overview

Work Setup: Work from Home (WFH)
Location / Office Base: EDSA Greenfield
Shift Schedule: Night Shift / Graveyard (GY)
Compensation: Up to ₱80,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

Job Description

As a Training Content Designer, you will focus on end-to-end instructional design, developing comprehensive training curricula and interactive learning materials across general and specialized functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Analysis & Strategy: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to analyze employee learning needs and outline course content.
Curriculum & Content Development: Design, storyboard, and independently create end-to-end e-learning modules, instructional videos, and training materials from concept to completion.
Assessment & Facilitation: Plan and coordinate skills assessments; guide trainers and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for new course launches.
Metrics & Evaluation: Establish and track metrics to evaluate training program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
Vendor & Project Management: Manage end-to-end content delivery, including overseeing third-party vendors for content creation or training delivery when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design / Training Content Development.
Articulate Proficiency:
- Articulate Storyline: Advanced proficiency with proven experience in handling complex builds (custom interactions, variables, triggers).
- Articulate Rise: Ability to create visually engaging, high-level course designs.
Portfolio (Mandatory): A valid portfolio link demonstrating end-to-end e-learning development, storyboards, or training videos. Profiles submitted without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.
Graphic & Video Design: Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Core Skills: Strong content writing skills and e-learning development expertise.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience using Synthesia or similar AI-powered video generation tools.
