Job Title: Training Content Designer – Uber

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Work Setup: Work From Home
Location: EDSA Greenfield

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to develop engaging training curricula and learning materials for workforce and functional training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, e-learning development experience, and advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop effective training content.
Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning modules, training materials, and learning programs.
Create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development projects.
Develop training videos, simulations, and interactive learning experiences.
Coordinate skills assessments and training initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to trainers during training rollouts.
Measure and monitor training effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
Design computer-based training programs and digital learning solutions.
Ensure all learning materials meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve training content and learner experience.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, Training Content Development, or E-Learning Development.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including complex builds and interactive learning modules.
Strong experience using Articulate Rise.
Ability to create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development projects.
Experience developing e-learning modules and training videos independently.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with content writing and curriculum development.
Graphic design experience using tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Other related design tools
Strong understanding of e-learning development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Synthesia or similar AI-based content creation tools.
Experience developing interactive digital learning experiences.
Portfolio showcasing instructional design and e-learning projects.
