About the Role

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective, and business-focused learning experiences. You’ll transform learning needs and technical requirements into training programs, e-learning content, assessments, and learning materials that support employee development and performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant Instructional Design experience
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
Proven background in Instructional Design and e-learning development
Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, learning principles, and course development
Ability to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality requirements

What You’ll Do

Analyze employee learning needs and identify training gaps
Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop course content
Design and develop e-learning courses, training materials, and assessments
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training initiatives
Provide guidance and support to trainers during course rollouts
Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics
Support the introduction and continuous improvement of learning programs
Coordinate with external vendors when required
Adapt learning solutions based on changing business and learner requirements
