JOB TITLE: Training Content Designer

LOCATION: Work From Home
WORK SHIFT: Graveyard Shift
SALARY: Up to PHP 55,000, depending on skills

Role Overview

Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. This role applies subject matter knowledge to specific training needs, understanding and delivering to time, cost, and quality requirements while proactively adjusting for changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training
Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness
May include design of computer-based training programs
May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training
Ensure work within field of expertise complies with relevant professional standards

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience
Background in Articulate 360
Background in Instructional Design
Must be knowledgeable in e-learning development
Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely required
