Hiring: Training Content Designer

Work Setup: Work From Home
Office Location: EDSA Greenfield
Shift: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Up to ₱80,000 (based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training materials.
Create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development.
Develop interactive training modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Produce training videos and digital learning content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create effective training solutions.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials.
Support the development of computer-based training programs and other learning initiatives.

Eligibility:

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design or training content development.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and strong experience with Articulate Rise.
Experience creating storyboards and independently developing training content from start to finish.
Knowledge of e-learning development and content writing.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Knowledge of Synthesia is an advantage.
