- Advanced experience in Articulate Rise 360 (minimum 1 year).
- Experience in creating storylines and content writing (minimum 1 year).
- Ability to analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders for course content input.
- Experience in planning and coordinating skills assessments and training programs.
- Ability to provide guidance to trainers and facilitate training sessions for new courses.
- Experience in developing and monitoring metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness.
- Potential involvement in designing computer-based training programs.
- May include selecting and/or managing vendors for training content development or delivery.
