Job Title: Training Assistant Manager

About the Role:
The Training Assistant Manager will be responsible for facilitating technical and product training for employees supporting the Microsoft Account. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background in helpdesk operations and Microsoft products, along with proven experience in training delivery within a BPO setting.
The ideal candidate will ensure that new hires and tenured employees are equipped with the necessary technical and customer service skills to perform effectively. This includes curriculum development, training execution, and post-training performance assessments.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of completed college education (Required).

Technical Experience:
-
Helpdesk-type background with hardware and software troubleshooting expertise

Familiarity with operating systems troubleshooting.

Strong Microsoft product knowledge

Industry Experience:
-
Must have experience supporting a BPO environment .

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in training or teaching-related tasks.
