Trainer (UK Financial Collections)

Join our team as a Collections Trainer at our Eton Centris, Quezon City site. We are looking for a domain expert to lead new-hire training and drive performance for a UK-based financial account.

Quick Facts

Location: 100% Onsite (Eton Centris, QC)

Shift: Shifting, UK Time

Salary: Up to ₱48k Basic + ₱2,400 Allowance

Bonus: ₱40,000 Joining Bonus

Start Date: ASAP (1 Headcount)

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience: 2–4 years in US/UK Collections, Banking, and BPO Training.

Skills: Strong grasp of UK collection regulations, bucket flows, and coaching.

Tech: Proficient in MS Office; familiar with F2F and virtual training.

Requirement:

Stable work history; never employed by Wipro.

Bonus: Experience in UK Motor Finance is a plus.
