Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Open to all education levels.
- No specific BPO experience required; candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
- On-site setup is required.
Salary:
- Competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 PHP, depending on experience and qualifications.
