Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.

Positive attitude towards learning and understanding technology.

Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, business analysis, project planning, reporting and presentation.

Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Appreciate technology and business trends.

Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO industry

Job Description:

• Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into business insights for improving processes.

• Interact with customer and articulate requirements.

• Analyze solution options and recommend the preferred option.

• Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution.

• Create detailed functional specifications as input for our systems analysis and design teams.

• As a part of BA engagements, identify areas of additional opportunities to generate down-stream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving

• Experience in business analysis

• Must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting

• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Immediate joiner is an advantage

• College/Bachelor’s Graduate (any field)
