Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.
- Positive attitude towards learning and understanding technology.
- Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, business analysis, project planning, reporting and presentation.
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Appreciate technology and business trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO industry
- Experience in Business Analysis
Job Description:
• Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into business insights for improving processes.
• Interact with customer and articulate requirements.
• Analyze solution options and recommend the preferred option.
• Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution.
• Create detailed functional specifications as input for our systems analysis and design teams.
• As a part of BA engagements, identify areas of additional opportunities to generate down-stream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving
• Experience in business analysis
• Must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting
• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Immediate joiner is an advantage
• College/Bachelor’s Graduate (any field)
