Job Opportunity: Thai Bilingual Advisors (Sportswear Brand – CSR)

Location: Mall of Asia (MOA) – Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Headcount Needed: 5

Start Date: September 29

Salary: PHP 80,000





About the Role:



We are looking for Thai Bilingual Advisors to join our team supporting a global sportswear brand. This role is part of our Customer Service team, delivering excellent service to customers via multiple channels. If you're fluent in Thai and English and passionate about customer engagement, we want to hear from you!





Key Responsibilities:





  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, or phone.




  • Provide accurate product, order, and delivery information.




  • Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.




  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.




  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.







Qualifications:





  • Fluent in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).




  • Open to native or near-native speakers.




  • Must be willing to work onsite at MOA and on a shifting schedule.




  • Amenable to accept the job offer if successful.




  • Foreign candidates must currently reside in the Philippines and hold a Permanent or Tourist Visa.

    Applicants holding a Working Visa will not be considered.
