Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

Join ResultsCX Cebu for our Telecommunications Account! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives with salary up to PHP 25,000 package depending on your BPO experience. Virtual interview process available!

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

- Achieve KPIs and quality targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Strong communication skills in English

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Schedule: Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
