Qualifications:
At least a Senior High School Graduate
At least 1 year of Technical Support or Telco experience
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Resolve technical issues related to products, services, or devices
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets
