Role: Team Manager – Sales Development Representative Location: Taguig (onsite) Join Date: ASAP Salary Package: ₱75,000–₱80,000 basic + ₱5,000 allowance Shift Schedule: Morning shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role
We are seeking an attentive and goal-oriented individual to join us as a Team Manager – Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a tech program. You’ll be leading a team of 3–15 SDRs and driving performance across inbound lead generation, qualification, and collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Generation

Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new opportunities

Prospect through channels like product evaluations, demo requests, webinars, live chat, and marketing content downloads

Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify additional stakeholders

Engage prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to understand cybersecurity needs

Nurture leads until they’re ready for sales engagement

Qualify leads using SDR-specific criteria

Set appointments or demos with the sales team
CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions

Track pipeline progress and ensure timely follow-ups
Sales Team Collaboration

Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights

Align outreach strategies with sales team goals

Confident computer navigation and multitasking

Basic familiarity with operating systems

Working knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or system administration

Management Experience

Minimum 2 years managing tech sales teams in a SaaS environment
