Job title: Team Leader - UK Financial Collections

Account: UK Financial Collections

Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time

Salary: Up to 30% hike from last drawn salary + 2400 allowance depending on experience

Start date: ASAP

Headcount: 3

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or undergraduates are welcome to apply

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in collections operations and Team Handling Exposure to UK/US/AU Banking / Collections

• Sound Knowledge about banking domain and understanding of the process and bucket flows

• Experience in collections team management and familiar with the data and reports pertaining to collections

• Understanding of banking terminologies, guidelines and laws.

• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
