Talend Support Consultant/Developer – Senior Level

Lead Enterprise Integration with Talend

Are you a seasoned Talend Consultant/Developer with strong experience in enterprise integration, ETL/ELT, and middleware technologies?

We are looking for a Senior Talend Support Consultant/Developer to join an experienced Integration & Distribution team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior integration professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across business and technology teams, and contributing to scalable, reliable, and high-quality integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and support Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows.

- Develop scalable and reliable enterprise integration solutions using Talend.

- Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

- Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams.

- Perform unit, integration, and performance testing, including defect investigation and resolution.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend jobs and integration workflows.

- Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation and resolution.

- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.

- Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, architectural practices, and development guidelines.

- Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support knowledge sharing across the integration community.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.

- Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.

- Must have hands-on experience with Talend Management Console (TMC).

- Strong knowledge of Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.

- Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices.

- Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.

- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

- Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools.

- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project/service management platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Fluent in English.

- Talend or related integration certification is an advantage.
