Sr. Support Engineer (IT Support) | Onsite Cebu

Hiring Level: Agent – Niche

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week)

Work Shift: Rotational / Shifting

Site Assignment: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Salary: Up to 34,000 (package)

Description / Requirements

Job Title: Sr. Support Engineer (IT Support)

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT Support

Average to good communication skills

Must not be a job hopper

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist end-users whose requests are documented through a ticketing system.

Provide hands-and-feet support for domain teams located offshore.

Join incident calls during account outages.

Conduct IT asset inventory verification.

Respond to and update email and chat communications for business queries or concerns.

Maintain compliance of IT assets with organizational security standards.
