Job Description
The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle frontline support for BFS accounts, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service-related issues. The role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in Spanish and English
- Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, and services
- Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- High School Graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of Spanish bilingual experience
- Collections experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Willing to work onsite
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
