About the Role:

Cognizant is hiring Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for our Giga Tower Taguig onsite team. Open to non-native Spanish speakers with BPO-TSR experience. Great opportunity to use your Spanish and English skills and grow with a top global company.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in Spanish and English

- Provide excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking customers

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately

- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years in college with no back subjects

- Minimum 6 months BPO - TSR experience

- Open to non-native Spanish speakers

- Good English and Spanish communication skills - Bilingual proficiency

- Willing to work onsite in Giga / Taguig on night shift
