This job description is for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager role, focused on leading and managing the day-to-day SOC operations for external clients.

* Job Title: SOC Manager
* Work Setup: Hybrid/Onsite (3x/week)
* Location: Quezon City (Cyberpark Tower 1) OR Cebu City (Ayala IT Park)
* Shift: Shifting Schedule
* Note: Salary is confidential.
* Eligibility: Must be located in the Philippines, have the right to live and work there, and must not be a current or former Accenture employee or have a pending active application.
Core Responsibilities
The SOC Manager acts as a service delivery manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving the team to defend corporate networks from attacks. This involves:
* Management: Leading SOC operations, managing resources, daily activities, and incident management.
* Service Delivery: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing escalations, reporting on contractual metrics (KPI/SLA), and championing continuous service improvement and automation.
* Technical Guidance: Providing SME guidance on Microsoft Sentinel (design, implementation, UseCase development), incident response, and coordinating efforts between client and internal teams.
* Team & Culture: Contributing to people development, coaching, recruiting, training, and fostering a culture of learning.
Essential Requirements
* Experience: At least 10 years in an information/cyber security role (focused on security monitoring/analysis) and at least 3 years in a team leadership/management role.
* Client Management: Extensive experience working directly with client stakeholders as a single point of contact and driving remediation.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT security solutions (e.g., SIEM, WAF, DLP, IAM), security frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, COBIT), compliance (PCI, HIPAA, SOX, FISMA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
* Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Canadian security clearance.
* Language: English is required for regular high-volume interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other global locations.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Certifications: Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CEH, CISA) or public cloud certifications (Architect/Security Engineer level in Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Compliance: Familiarity with additional standards (GDPR, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS).
* Scripting: Experience with Shell, Python, Perl, PowerShell, etc.
* Cloud: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments.
