About the Role

We're looking for talented ServiceNow Developers who are passionate about building innovative enterprise solutions. In this role, you'll design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications while working on exciting projects across multiple ServiceNow product lines. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.
Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Build and enhance applications across various ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Perform impact analysis, testing, patch validation, and platform upgrades.
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable application code.
Support automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development or ServiceNow Architecture.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as:
ITSM
ITOM
SecOps
IRM
ITAM
HRSD
CSM
SPM
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Experience with GenAI technologies is a plus.
ServiceNow Certification is highly preferred.
ITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must currently reside in the Philippines and have the legal right to work in the country.
