Job Title: Senior System Analyst - eProc
Work Schedule: Shifting 8am - 6pm
Work set up: Hybrid (report to onsite once a month)
Location: Ortigas Pasig
Max Budget: 95k - 100K
Required years of relevant experience: 5 years
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
The Senior Systems Analyst conducts stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define system requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst assesses system and business-process challenges and evaluates solution options to maximize value. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable informed technical decision-making. The Senior Systems Analyst also supports user acceptance testing (UAT) and assists with training and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption and realization of expected business benefits. The position may also include responsibility for designing, implementing, and testing technical standards and solutions, as well as performing hands-on technical work as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar technical field (Business/Accounting acceptable if supported by substantial hands-on ERP/technical delivery experience)
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications, including requirements-to-delivery lifecycle (analysis, design, build/configuration support, testing, deployment, and production support); two (2) years working directly with senior stakeholders
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Financial Applications (ERP) with strong knowledge of Procurement/Procure-to-Pay processes, and demonstrated experience working with technical teams on integrations, data, and reporting.
• Proven experience in facilitating training sessions and conducting workshops with diverse stakeholder groups, including technical walkthroughs of integrations, data flows, and system behavior
• Strong end-to-end process and system knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including controls, validations, accounting entries, and integration touchpoints
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (e.g., GL, SLA, Fixed Assets) including configuration awareness, functional setups, and downstream reporting impacts
• Proven experience in Oracle ERP customization and integrations with cloud-based systems/SaaS (e.g., API-based integrations, interface specifications, data mapping, transformations, reconciliation, and exception handling)
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Oracle relational databases; able to analyze data issues, validate configurations, and support technical troubleshooting (PL/SQL experience is an advantage)
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting technologies
• Knowledge in Coupa (advantage), including understanding of procurement workflows, integration considerations, and reporting
• Accounting background (advantage), particularly knowledge of accounting flows, subledger-to-ledger posting, and audit/control considerations
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and SDLC governance, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness, and defect lifecycle management
• Conversant with systems development lifecycle principles, including requirements traceability, test strategy/UAT coordination, environment management, and production support
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project for technical documentation, process mapping, and delivery tracking
• Familiarity with different integration techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces) and multi-tier application architectures
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to relate to large information-based organizations and senior executives from diverse cultures
