Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Talend Developer / Integration Lead to join our Integration and Distribution Competency Center. You will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using Talend. This role delivers scalable, reliable, and high-quality integrations across diverse business and technology environments while ensuring compliance with integration standards, architectural best practices, and governance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware

- Must have hands-on experience with Talend Management Console (TMC)

- Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions

- Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows

- Support implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions

- Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows

- Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials

- Provide application maintenance and production support including incident investigation and resolution

- Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices

- Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

- Support knowledge sharing within the integration community

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware

- Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices

- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments

- Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting

- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar

- Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms

- Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools

- Experience using project and service management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage

- Talend certification or related integration certification is a strong advantage
