Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network deployment, migration, WAN/LAN technologies, incident management, and infrastructure projects while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
Plan and execute network infrastructure deployment and migration projects.
Install, configure, and support network technologies including routers, switches, and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize WAN/LAN and network security infrastructure.
Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement permanent solutions.
Support system audits and ensure network compliance and security standards are met.
Maintain accurate network documentation, inventory, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with global infrastructure, database, middleware, operating system, and application support teams.
Provide technical guidance for system migration, integration, and global infrastructure projects.
Recommend service improvements to enhance network stability, performance, and risk mitigation.
Deliver excellent customer support while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
Strong experience in network infrastructure deployment and migration projects.
Experience working with multinational or global teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Willing to work in a Hybrid setup (3–4 days onsite) in Quezon City on a Morning/Mid Shift schedule.
