Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer | Hybrid | Quezon City

We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and enhance enterprise CRM solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM 365, Power Platform, Azure, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configure and enhance CRM modules based on business requirements.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Build solutions using Power Platform including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Develop CRM reports using SSRS.
Work with Azure services and cloud technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver software enhancements.
Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
Lead development activities and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills

3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and jQuery.
Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications.
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with SSRS reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications.
ASP.NET MVC.
SharePoint.
SSIS.
XML.
HTML5.
Experience leading development teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
