We're Hiring: Security Engineer – SIEM / SOC (CL8)

Work Setup: Onsite (Metro Manila)

About the Role
Are you passionate about cybersecurity, threat detection, and security automation? We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer – SIEM/SOC to design, implement, and manage enterprise security monitoring, SIEM, and SOAR solutions that strengthen cyber defense and accelerate incident response.
If you have hands-on experience with enterprise SIEM platforms, security automation, and SOC operations, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your cybersecurity career.

Key Responsibilities
SIEM Engineering
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise SIEM platforms.
Develop correlation rules, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Integrate logs from cloud, endpoints, applications, and network devices.
Improve data ingestion, normalization, and threat detection capabilities.
SOAR & Automation
Develop and maintain automated incident response playbooks.
Implement SOAR workflows to improve response efficiency.
Integrate security tools, ticketing systems, and threat intelligence platforms.
Automate alert triage and enrichment processes.
Security Operations
Support incident response and threat investigations.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend security improvements.
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to SOC teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
Strong experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight, Elastic, or Google SecOps.
Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms such as Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, or IBM Resilient.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls.
Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
