Description / Requirements
Job Title: Scheduler (Workforce Scheduler)
Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting
Overview:
Responsible for creating and managing effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
•Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates
•Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
•Coordinate closely with operations teams
Basic Qualifications:
•At least 1 year experience in WFM scheduling
•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
•Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
