Job Title: SAP MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE CONSULTANT

Work Setup: Hybrid – Taguig City
Work Shift: Shifting schedule
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance Consultant to support business transformation, data management, governance, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG, SAP Data Migration, and related tools and technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND CONSULTING

Support and deliver business transformation and SAP data management projects.
Conduct diagnostic and assessment activities, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Develop and implement strategies, processes, operating models, and organizational designs.
Create implementation plans to support the successful delivery of recommended solutions.
Support process and organizational changes, including change management initiatives.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Lead problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development.
Ensure project deliverables are completed in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.

CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder communications throughout project engagements.
Support the development of proposals and project materials.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal teams to develop solutions and extract relevant knowledge.

PRACTICE AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT

Participate in practice-building and service development initiatives.
Support the development of thought leadership, market offerings, and value propositions.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property, white papers, and project case studies.
Continuously contribute to the enhancement of Master Data Management and Governance capabilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance and SAP Data Migration.
Strong experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
Previous consulting experience or exposure to internal project work is preferred.
Experience with SAP data models, governance processes, and migration projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

SAP MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE

SAP ABAP skills.
Experience developing RICEFW objects or configuring SAP MDG requirements.
Experience with SAP workflows, Business Rules Framework (BRF), and Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
Familiarity with SAP MDG data models, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), MDG architecture, flex and reuse modes, and deployment approaches.

SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS DATA SERVICES

Experience building extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading jobs using SAP BODS.
SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with lookup functions, join conditions, query mapping, case functions, merge and map operations, and validations.

SAP MASTER DATA MIGRATION

Experience building SAP data load tools using LSMW and/or ABAP programs.
Strong understanding of SAP tables and data objects.
Experience performing mock conversions through to production data loads.

SAP S/4HANA DATA MIGRATION

Experience using LTMC or Migration Cockpit and/or ABAP programs.
Knowledge of SAP tables supporting various data objects.
Experience performing mock conversions and production loads for S/4HANA migration projects.

SAP DATA MIGRATION WITH SYNITI

Experience configuring and building transformation rules and reports using Syniti Advanced Data Migration.
Strong understanding of SAP data objects and tables.
Experience performing mock conversions and production data loads using Syniti.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CONSULTING SKILLS

Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and coordinate individual or team activities to meet project commitments.
Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Knowledge of industry, technology, and business trends.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel when required.
