Are you ready to join a global team of innovators? We are looking for a skilled SAP Master Data Governance Consultant to lead data management initiatives for high-profile international clients.

THE ROLE:
As an SAP Data Management Consultant, you will focus on designing and implementing strategies to transform how organizations manage their master data. You will work on end-to-end business transformation projects, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency from sourcing strategies to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shape and deliver business transformation projects focused on SAP Master Data
Conduct diagnostic assessments and qualitative/quantitative analysis
Design operating models and implement organizational changes
Develop new strategies and "to-be" processes using industry best practices
Ensure successful implementation of recommended strategies through change management
Collaborate with client internal resources to meet business needs
Lead teams through problem definition and work plan development
Manage client stakeholder relationships and communications
Contribute to practice building through thought leadership and proposal development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Core Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in SAP Master Data Management or Governance
Proven experience in consultancies or industry roles focused on data governance

Technical Skills (Must have at least 2 of the following):

1. SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

SAP ABAP skills with experience in RICEFW development
Experience configuring SAP workflows, Business Rules Framework (BRF+), and Floor Plan Manager (FPM)
Understanding of SAP MDG data models, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), MDG architecture, flex vs. re-use modes

2. SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS)

Experience building complex extraction, mapping/transformation, and loading jobs
Proficiency in PS SQL, lookup functions, join conditions, query mapping, case functions, merge operations, and validations

3. SAP Master Data Migration (Legacy/ECC)

Proficiency in building SAP load tools like LSMW or custom ABAP programs
Deep knowledge of SAP tables for various data objects
Experience with mock conversions through production loads

4. SAP Master Data Migration (S/4HANA)

Proficiency in building SAP load tools like LTMC (Migration Cockpit) or ABAP programs
Deep knowledge of SAP tables for various data objects
Experience with S/4HANA migration projects from mock to production loads

5. SAP Master Data Migration (Syniti ADM)

Experience configuring transformation rules and reports using Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) Tool
Deep knowledge of SAP tables for various data objects
Experience with mock conversions through production loads using Syniti

PROFESSIONAL & CONSULTING SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or related field
Proven creative and analytical problem-solving abilities
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong executive presence and ability to manage client relationships
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel as required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Currently residing in the Philippines with the right to work
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Amenable to hybrid work setup in Manila (Ortigas, BGC, Alabang, Quezon City)
Willing to work on shifting schedules
