Job Title: SAP Japanese Bilingual Functional Consulting Manager

Work Setup: Onsite – Taguig

Shift: Day Shift (depending on project requirements)

Salary: Competitive (based on project assignment and experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and English. The ideal candidate will lead SAP transformation initiatives, conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end SAP implementations across modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or PM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or independently manage SAP functional consulting activities, including workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Conduct business process assessments, FIT-GAP analysis, and solution design.
Advise clients on SAP best practices and S/4HANA transformation strategies.
Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
Support proposal development, solution planning, and business development activities.
Provide training and guidance to end users and project stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation and deliverables are properly maintained.

Qualifications

5–9 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience in any SAP module.
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
JLPT N1 or N2 certification (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is highly preferred.

Eligibility

Must currently reside in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
Must not have an active or recent application with the hiring organization.
