Job Description:

EXL Service Iloilo is urgently hiring for our Retail & Healthcare Voice Account. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service support for a retail and healthcare account.

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college - College Undergraduate - High School and Senior High School graduates are not qualified for this account

Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience is required

Excellent communication skills in English

Willing to work on-site in EXL Iloilo

Can start ASAP
