Job Details:

Role: Telco Voice Agent

Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

Work Setup: Onsite

Process: Virtual Interview - Apply from home

Salary Breakdown:

- PHP 20,000 package for 6 to 23 months BPO experience

- PHP 25,000 package for 24 months and up BPO experience

Responsibilities:

- Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Achieve KPIs and quality targets

Qualifications:

- Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Strong communication skills in English

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Schedule: Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
