Job Title: Recruitment Associate

Work setup: Work from home

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)

Salary offer: 15K - 17K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)

With 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience

Preferably with a BPO agent volume hiring or Recruitment firm background

Good communication and customer service skills

Tech-savvy and a go-getter

Amenable to working from home with own working device and equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for actively calling and texting candidates and assisting them throughout their recruitment process with our BPO Partners

Extracting CVs of applicants through our database and conducting CV screening

Send daily endorsements and follow-ups to the clients

Sourcing applicants ( only if necessary)

Close coordination with the team and recruiters for real-time updates

Attend client and team meetings

Monitoring and updating candidates' application status
