RCM Operations Supervisor

Location: TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced RCM Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Revenue Cycle Management professionals in a high-volume BPO environment. The role will focus on operational performance, team development, quality, SLA/KPI achievement, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily RCM operations and conduct team huddles.
Manage workflow across billing, collections, claims, denials, and accounts receivable.
Monitor productivity, quality, SLA compliance, and TAT.
Analyze performance and error trends and implement corrective action plans.
Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews, and development discussions.
Support new hires during nesting and transition to production.
Collaborate with Training and QA teams to address knowledge and performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and client security requirements.
Maintain accurate coaching, attendance, and performance documentation.
Support client audits, quality calibrations, and compliance reviews.
Handle operational escalations and complex processing issues.

Required Qualifications

2–3+ years of BPO experience with hands-on RCM operations experience – Mandatory.
Prior experience as a Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or SME in a BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes, including:
- Billing
- Collections
- Accounts Receivable
- Claims Submission
- Denials & Appeals
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work onsite and night shifts.
