Job Title: ***RCM Operations Manager***

Site: Alphaland (Magallanes, Makati)

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Target Start Date: October 5, 2026

Position Overview

The **RCM Operations Manager*** provides strategic and operational leadership for the RCM program. This role owns end-to-end service delivery, P&L/cost efficiency, client relationship management, and the leadership development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors. The Manager is accountable for driving operational excellence, scaling performance, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. healthcare standards and BPO operational frameworks.

B. People Leadership & Organizational Development

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership bench of Supervisors and support staff.

•Drive engagement, accountability, and retention initiatives across the operational workforce.

•Establish structured performance management frameworks, career pathways, and leadership training pipelines.

C. Client Governance & Stakeholder Management

•Serve as the primary operational point of contact and trusted partner for client stakeholders.

•Lead Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Business Reviews (WBR / MBR / QBR), presenting operational metrics, trend analyses, and strategic growth initiatives.

•Manage client escalations, service recovery plans, and operational alignment.

D. Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

•Non-Negotiable: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in BPO operations, with significant tenure managing Healthcare RCM campaigns at a managerial level.

•Proven track record in large-scale team management, multi-LOB operations, scorecard management, and client relationship governance.

•Comprehensive expertise in RCM metrics, financial analytics, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.

•Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
