MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM ACCOUNT)

Salary Package: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000 (depending on work experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle medical billing processes and assist with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) operations

- Review, process, and resolve billing-related concerns accurately and efficiently

- Provide customer support for account inquiries related to healthcare billing and payments

- Explain billing information and complex account concerns in a clear and understandable manner

- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive customer and account information

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

- Must be 50 years old or below
