Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst | Digital Advertisement
Location: McKinley, Taguig (Onsite)
Salary: PHP 80,000 – 85,000 Package
Shift: To Be Determined (Shifting Schedule)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Digital Advertising, Technical Support, and BPO Quality Assurance. The role involves auditing customer support interactions, validating technical integrations, reviewing conversion tracking and attribution setups, performing SQL-based quality checks, and providing actionable feedback to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Auditing
Evaluate customer interactions across tickets, chat, email, and escalations.
Assess technical accuracy, process compliance, communication quality, and resolution effectiveness.
Identify quality gaps, recurring defects, and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate audit records and QA scorecards.
SQL & Data Quality Validation
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data quality and reporting accuracy.
Investigate data discrepancies, attribution issues, and conversion tracking anomalies.
Generate quality reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
Review SQL queries used by support teams for correctness and efficiency.
API & Integration QA
Review API integrations, webhooks, SDK implementations, and server-side tracking setups.
Validate JSON/XML payloads and troubleshoot integration issues.
Audit technical escalations related to APIs and platform integrations.
Verify event delivery, payload structure, and implementation accuracy.
Conversion Tracking & Attribution QA
Validate pixel, server-side, and hybrid conversion tracking implementations.
Review attribution models, event configurations, and reporting accuracy.
Audit ROAS, CPA, funnel metrics, and marketing analytics reports.
Document and escalate tracking or attribution discrepancies.
Ads Platform QA
Evaluate support cases related to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related advertising platforms.
Review campaign setup audits, pixel implementations, and policy-related cases.
Validate Conversions API (CAPI) implementations and signal quality.
Recommend QA improvements based on platform updates and operational trends.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews.
Provide structured feedback and coaching recommendations.
Collaborate with Training and Operations teams on quality improvement initiatives.
Produce weekly and monthly QA performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent technical experience may be considered.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience Required
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support QA, Ad Tech Support, SaaS Support, or related technical environments.
BPO experience is required.
Experience in Digital Advertising, Marketing Technology, or Ad Tech is highly preferred.
Prior exposure to QA auditing, process evaluation, or technical quality review is advantageous.
Technical Skills
SQL & Data Analysis
Advanced SQL knowledge including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations.
Experience performing data validation, reporting audits, and defect analysis.
APIs & Integrations
Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, and server-side tracking.
Experience working with JSON/XML payloads and troubleshooting integration issues.
Familiarity with Postman, browser developer tools, and debugging utilities.
Digital Advertising Platforms
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, tags, and Conversions API (CAPI).
Understanding of marketing analytics, ROAS, CPA, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
