Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst I
Account: Microsoft
Salary:30,000 - 35,000 max offer
Work location/Set up: Clark Pampanga, Shifting
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• Must have a helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience).
• Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
• Must have experience supporting a BPO environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of QA or related experience.
• Must be an IT graduate or an undergraduate with at least 2 years of college(required)
• Candidates with telco or general tech backgrounds are not accepted (automatically rejected).
