Job Title: QA Supervisor

Account: Healthcare

Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

Salary: 35K-45K (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)

Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)

Qualifications:

 Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college-level

 Candidate must have two to four years of experience in healthcare account and QA role

 Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral

 Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

 Provides coaching and mentoring to agents for them to improve their performance and the attainment of their metrics

 Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques, and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and needs

 Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client

 Provides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve their performance and the attainment of their metrics

 Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team

 Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies

 Perform other projects and duties as required
