Non-Negotiable Requirements

At least 2 years of college completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification – required

5–7 years of relevant experience in process excellence or continuous improvement

Healthcare industry background preferred, but open to candidates from any sector (manufacturing, engineering, etc.)

Key selling point: Successful candidate will receive company-sponsored Six Sigma Black Belt training
Job Description
-
Lead and execute process improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, and other methodologies
-
Maintain strong operational control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation planning
-
Manage end-to-end transition activities, ensuring quality, metrics alignment, and issue escalation/resolution
-
Drive ideation, and lead both small and large-scale improvement projects

Guide, mentor, and provide direction to a team of Black Belts
-
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align performance outcomes with organizational goals
Key Skills Required
-
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / MBB certification (from recognized bodies)
-
Deep expertise in Six Sigma methodology and process improvement (minimum 5 years)
-
Strong experience in transition management, including metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking, and reporting
-
Proficiency in Excel and Minitab
-
Understanding of process automation, including identification, applicability assessment, and program management
-
Exposure to data analytics is a plus

Advantageous: Healthcare domain knowledge (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.)

Mandatory Skill: Quality Management
