Job title: Process Excellence Lead
Account: Healthcare
Work set up: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)
Work shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to 68K but open for salary negotiation
Start date: TBD
Site Assignment: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Non-Negotiable:
*At least 2 years in College/ Preferred College Graduate Degree
*selling point - The successful candidate will be trained for Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (company-paid)
▪Required at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
▪5-7 years' of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
▪Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing, engineering, and etc.)
Job Description
*Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
*Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
*Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
*Drive ideation, and small and large-scale projects.
*Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
Key Skills Required
*Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified/MBB (from reputed certification bodies or companies).
*Deep knowledge in Six Sigma methodology & process improvement (at least 5 years of experience).
*New transition management (metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking and reporting).
*Well-versed in Excel, and Minitab.
*Process automation knowledge in terms of identification and applicability, assessment, program management.
*Exposure in data analytics will be an added advantage.
*Healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.) is an advantage.
