HIRING: SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager (Identity Security)
Location: Cubao, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
⏰ Shift: Shifting

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer to lead Identity Security and IGA initiatives in an enterprise environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SailPoint experience
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Solid knowledge of IGA, IAM, access governance, provisioning, role & entitlement management
- Experience with access certifications, identity lifecycle management, and enterprise SailPoint implementations
- Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions
- Leadership/mentoring experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of security controls, compliance, and risk management
- Must currently be in the Philippines with valid authorization to work
