Account: Healthcare

Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays

Salary: 100k - 105K (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)

Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare account, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Act as the main point of contact between the BPO company and the healthcare client.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulations.

Proficient in using relevant software and tools.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company.

Language Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in English.

Education:
- Educational background: At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate.

Location:
- We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately.

Availability:
- Target Start Date: ASAP.
