Are you a highly skilled, detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and a talent for handling large data sets? We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant - Supervisor to perform complex accounting functions, manage general ledgers, and drive financial reporting in McKinley, Taguig!

Location: McKinley, Taguig (Hybrid after 2–3 months of pure onsite training)
Schedule: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Headcount: 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring full accuracy, compliance, and policy alignment.
* Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
* Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results to identify trends, variances, and operational insights.
* Handle large data sets and perform advanced data manipulation for comprehensive financial reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* College Graduate of an Accounting course (Strictly Non-Negotiable).
* At least 4 years of solid accounting experience (Required).
* Excellent sound accounting knowledge, including general ledger management, trial balance, balance sheet/P&L, accruals, and contra asset accounts (Non-Negotiable).
* Advanced data manipulation skills with large sets of files (Non-Negotiable).
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including step-by-step Pivot Tables (Non-Negotiable).
* Proven experience in multi-currency bank reconciliations, zero bank balance practices, and preparation of invoices.
* Experience utilizing robust ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* CPA license is preferred, but highly qualified Non-CPAs are encouraged to apply.
* Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
