⭐ PRIORITY CAMPAIGN: CSR Advanced Support Specialist
Campaign Type: Chat / Non-Voice
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills — CEFR C2, verbal and written
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience handling escalations or complex customer concerns
Preferred Experience:
- Banking, fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Fraud prevention, identity verification, KYC, or compliance
- CRM experience

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing support experience, BPO or non-BPO
